SERVICES
Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit
Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) services are a short-term residential program providing support and stabilization for adults 18 years of age and older who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis. For some, RCSU services are an alternative to inpatient hospitalization or a transition from the hospital to home.
The program is designed to assist individuals in mobilizing their resources and community support to aid in re-engaging in the community. Individuals work closely with staff to identify goals, stabilize the current crisis, and develop a community support system for continued recovery after discharge. Individuals can be referred to RSCU services through walk-ins, their local CSB, police departments, fire departments, hospitals, or other community resources.

Mental Health Partial Hospitalization
Mental Health Partial Hospitalization (MH-PHP) is a structured mental health program providing intensive, medium-term treatment for adults over a 14–90 day period. Limitless Transitions, LLC. is designed to help individuals stabilize symptoms, improve daily functioning, and achieve measurable treatment goals in a safe and supportive environment. Participants receive care through an interdisciplinary approach, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual and group therapy, and crisis/safety planning.
Limitless Transitions, LLC. emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care, focusing on building coping skills, enhancing resilience, and promoting independent functioning. In addition to clinical treatment, Limitless Transitions, LLC. supports adults in addressing life skills and practical needs, such as relapse prevention, community integration, and preparation for discharge, to ensure a safe and successful transition to lower levels of care or community-based services.
